I love learning new facts, so I've decided to post a new fact every day. Today's fact is about the Reese's cup.
Reese's Cups were invented in 1928 by Harry Burnett Reese. He had a total of 16 children, and lived in Pennsylvania. He was inspired by Milton Hershey to start his own candy company. Reese's cups originally came in 1 cent, 2 cent, and 5 cent sizes. HB Reese also produced other candy, but was forced to retire all his other candies, except for his most popular, the Reese's Cup, due to wartime rationing in the early 1940's.
